In a world where unfortunately customer care is completely lacking, what an absolute pleasure and rare treat it has been to become a proud O'Brien home owner. The houses are beautiful and top notch but the customer care is the complete difference maker for me. My husband and I purchased our first home together in Yountville Square, and have been made to feel so special and so catered to - with the biggest purchase of your life, you can't feel in better hands. They have ample, rigorous quality checks and if they are any problems they don't hesitate to come in and save the day! We have had a couple issues (one being with GE and our dishwasher) and they've gone above and beyond to help us rectify things quickly. I really want to let people know when you buy with O'Brien you don't just get someone to build your "house." You build a lasting relationship with a builder who is just as excited about making your house a home as you are. They are the best!

Joe, the customer care representative you assigned, has been superb. If he said he was going to be here at a certain time, we could count on it, and we really appreciated having him on-site to supervise the subs so we could go on with our lives and keep previous commitments. He communicated timelines, reasonable expectations, wrap-ups, and changes on an ongoing basis. .. I especially appreciated his understanding and proactive actions to leave our home clean and safely locked each day. That is something that I've found very rare…Companies like O'Brien give hope for the future! Thank you!
